Welcome to Leveling My Health!

My journey into health and wellness began in my early 20s. Growing up, I was always curious about how things worked, but I never really focused on the human body—until everything changed.

In my 20s, I started experiencing hair loss, which set me on a path of discovery. I became fascinated with understanding how the human body functions, starting with hormones and the role they play in overall health. From there, my focus shifted to building muscle and learning about nutrition.

While in college, I took my journey further by diving into cognitive improvement—learning techniques, memory enhancement, and how to retain large amounts of information. Having both ADD and dyslexia, learning has always been a challenge for me, especially in subjects I wasn’t passionate about. But overcoming these obstacles only fueled my determination to optimize my mind and body.

Through years of research, trial, and error, I’ve learned how to not only manage but thrive in all areas of health—from physical strength to mental clarity. Leveling My Health is my way of sharing everything I’ve learned with you, so we can all achieve better health, one step at a time.
